Turnaround Time
How long will it take to produce my order?
Production turnaround varies depending on the specific product and quantity selected. You can find the estimated turnaround time listed on each individual product page.
IMPORTANT: How we count time

Business Days Only: Turnaround is measured in business days (Monday - Friday). Weekends and Canadian Statutory Holidays are not production days.

When the Timer Starts: Production begins ONLY after:

Your artwork files have been approved (via E-Proof).

Your order is fully paid.

Daily Cut-Off Time
Our daily cut-off time is 12:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Files approved before 12:00 PM EST: Day 0 (Production starts same day or next day depending on product).

Files approved after 12:00 PM EST: Processed the following business day.
Production vs. Shipping
Please note that "Turnaround Time" refers solely to the time required to print and cut your order at our Markham facility.

Shipping time is separate. Once production is finished, we hand your package to the carrier (UPS/FedEx). Shipping transit time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Delays & Estimates
While we strive to meet every deadline, all turnaround times are estimates. On rare occasions, unforeseen factors such as mechanical failure, extreme weather, or improperly prepared artwork files may cause delays. We recommend allowing a few extra days for time-sensitive projects.
