IF YOU DISAGREE, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE. Customstickerprint.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, OR AMEND THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS WITHOUT NOTICE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Customstickerprint.com, or its licensors, suppliers, vendors, officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Customstickerprint.com has been advised of the possibility of such damage. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from mistakes, omissions, viruses, delays, or service interruptions. Customstickerprint.com is not liable for damages resulting from inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

TURNAROUNDS

Most jobs are completed within the estimated timeframe; however, we do not guarantee this. Various factors such as equipment failures, technical difficulties, large production volumes, or anything else outlined under the "ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY" section may affect turnaround time.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

All sales are final as each order is unique to the customer. If an error is verified as being on our part, we will reprint the order. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Customers must notify Customstickerprint.com of any defects within 5 business days of receiving the order. Claims submitted after this period will be denied. To receive a replacement, customers must return 100% of the received product within 15 days at their own expense.

We only accept returns if there is a defect or if the specifications we agreed upon were not met. Specifications listed in the order invoice serve as a reference and not as a binding sales order.

For quality control purposes, Customstickerprint.com must examine returned products in person before determining the cause of the error.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

Customers are solely responsible for the content they submit, including text, images, and designs. Customstickerprint.com does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Customers agree not to upload, send, or post content that:

Contains pornography, obscene, or defamatory material.
Threatens, harasses, or incites harm.
Infringes intellectual property rights.
Violates any laws or ethical guidelines.

Customstickerprint.com is not responsible for any offensive or objectionable content customers may be exposed to while using our services. Additionally, customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to use any content they submit.

GOVERNING LAW

Customstickerprint.com is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Any legal action arising from the use of this website must be filed in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Customers agree to the jurisdiction of these courts.

INDEMNITY

Customers agree to indemnify and defend Customstickerprint.com, its licensors, directors, officers, and employees against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and legal fees arising from:

Breach of these terms.
Any claims related to content submitted by the customer.

ORDER APPROVAL

Customers are fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.

Customstickerprint.com is NOT liable for errors in the final product due to:

Misspellings, grammar mistakes, or punctuation errors.
Graphics, bleeds, damaged fonts, or incorrect cuts.
Incorrect folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, or finished product size discrepancies.

Customstickerprint.com does not modify customer-submitted files.

CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS

All artwork, designs, and images must be submitted in CMYK format. Customstickerprint.com is not responsible for color shifts due to conversions from RGB or Pantone colors to CMYK.
The minimum resolution requirement is 150 DPI. Customstickerprint.com is not responsible for fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated prints caused by low-resolution artwork submitted by the customer.
Customstickerprint.com will strive to achieve the best possible print quality but cannot guarantee exact color matching.

COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING

Screen proofs are for layout, text, and image placement verification only. They do not guarantee color accuracy or ink density.
Application of lamination may alter the appearance of printed colors. Customstickerprint.com is not liable for final color variations in laminated products.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled prior to printing upon request via email. However, cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the order stage.

Once printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
No refunds are issued for logo design or graphic design services.
Customstickerprint.com is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by mistake.

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES

In the event of technical difficulties pertaining to Customstickerprint.com, we cannot be held liable for any technical difficulties that result from errors on the part of the hosting company, the upstream provider, or the end user. This includes, but is not limited to:
