PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR PLACING AN ORDER WITH Customstickerprint.com, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DISAGREE, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE. Customstickerprint.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, OR AMEND THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS WITHOUT NOTICE.
1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Customstickerprint.com, or its licensors, suppliers, vendors, officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from mistakes, omissions, viruses, delays, or service interruptions.
2. OFFICE HOURS
Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. (Closed on Canadian Statutory Holidays).
3. TURNAROUNDS & SHIPPING
Turnaround times refer solely to production time and do not include shipping transit time.
Most jobs are completed within the estimated timeframe; however, we do not guarantee this. Factors such as equipment failures, technical difficulties, or large production volumes may affect turnaround time. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, Canada Post).
4. RETURNS / REFUNDS
All sales are final as each order is custom-made unique to the customer. We do not offer refunds.

Defects: If an error is verified as being on our part (e.g., wrong material, manufacturing defect), we will reprint the order free of charge.

Notification: Customers must notify Customstickerprint.com of any defects within 5 business days of receiving the order. Claims submitted after this period will be denied.

Return Policy: To verify the defect, we may require you to return 100% of the received product within 15 days (or provide photographic evidence at our discretion).
5. ORDER APPROVAL & RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.
Customstickerprint.com is NOT liable for:

Spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors made by the customer.

Low-resolution images or design errors in the customer's file.

Incorrect selection of material (e.g., ordering Paper stickers for waterproof needs).
6. ARTWORK & GRAPHICS (Crucial)

Resolution: The minimum resolution requirement is 300 DPI. We are not responsible for fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated prints caused by low-resolution artwork provided by the customer.

CMYK Mode: All artwork must be submitted in CMYK format. We are not responsible for color shifts that occur when converting from RGB (screen color) or Pantone to CMYK.

No White Ink: We print using CMYK toners only. We do not print White Ink. On Clear or Kraft materials, any white parts of your design will appear transparent or show the paper texture.
7. COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING

Screen Proofs: E-proofs are for layout and text verification only. They do not guarantee perfect color accuracy on your screen vs. the final print.

Reorders: Due to the nature of digital printing, a color variation of 5%-10% is considered normal between different batches/reorders. We cannot guarantee an exact color match to previous orders without a physical sample provided by the client.
8. CUTTING TOLERANCE
Mechanical cutting has a standard industry tolerance of +/- 1mm (approx. 1/16"). We do not recommend borders close to the edge, as they may appear uneven due to this natural shift. We are not liable for slight off-center cuts within this tolerance.
9. CUSTOMER CONTENT
Customers are solely responsible for the content they submit. You agree not to upload content that is pornographic, obscene, threatening, or infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse service for any content we deem inappropriate.
10. GOVERNING LAW
Customstickerprint.com is based in Markham, Ontario, Canada. Any legal action arising from the use of this website must be filed in the courts of the Province of Ontario. Customers agree to the jurisdiction of these courts.
11. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled prior to the "In Production" status.

Once files have been processed and the order has entered production (Printing/Cutting), it cannot be canceled or refunded.
12. INDEMNITY
Customers agree to indemnify and defend Customstickerprint.com against all claims, liabilities, damages, and legal fees arising from any breach of these terms or any claims related to content submitted by the customer.
