Shipping Across Canada
At Custom Sticker Print, we believe in transparent pricing. We offer a simple Flat Rate Shipping fee for all orders, regardless of weight or size. We strive to get your high-quality stickers to you as fast as possible from our Markham, Ontario facility.

1. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: $9.99 CAD (Flat Rate across Canada).

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $200 (before taxes).

  • Local Pickup: Free. Available at our Markham facility.

2. Turnaround vs. Shipping Time
It is important to distinguish between Production Time and Shipping Time:

  • Production Time: Begins the next business day after you have approved your artwork and paid. (Not from the moment you place the order).

  • Shipping Time: The time it takes for the courier (UPS/FedEx/Canada Post) to deliver the package after it leaves our facility.

  • Note: Shipping times vary by province. Standard shipping typically takes 2-6 business days depending on your location.

3. Liability & Delays
We work with trusted carriers to meet your delivery dates. However, once a package leaves our facility, Custom Sticker Print cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters.

  • Mechanical failures of the shipping carrier.

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

4. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

  • If an address correction is required after the order has shipped, the carrier may charge an address correction fee, which will be billed to you.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, the customer is responsible for the reshipment costs.

5. Order Inspection
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If there are any issues with the product quality, you must notify us within 5 business days.

6. Holiday Season
During peak seasons (e.g., November/December), production and shipping times may be extended due to high volume. We recommend allowing extra buffer time for time-sensitive orders.
